From first contact to job completion was about one week. Survey carried out was thorough and informative with options given.
Scaffolding was erected the day before installation and the solar panels and equipment were installed in one day, put into operation.

Initially my contract with EE renewables was just for installation of a solar battery to work with my existing solar panels. In the end (due to the age of my panels and problems with the way they had been installed originally), EE removed, cleaned, remounted and completely reinstalled my panels, as well as installing the solar battery and a replacement solar diverter to my immersion heater. Everyone was helpful, friendly and reliable: the admin staff, the roofers, and the electricians. The work was done neatly and efficiently, and everything is working perfectly. They also fixed 2 large parts of my roof that had been destroyed by conmen roofers in the past snd they did it at no cost apart from materials. What can I say?
